All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged with management.

Your booking confirmation will include a unique reference number, gate access code, and QR code for entry validation.

Entry to the car park is via your unique 4-digit gate code provided in your booking confirmation. This code is valid for the duration of your booking period.

Upon arrival, display your printed parking pass with your QR code for validation on your dashboard. Please have this pre printed and ready. if you have a airport drop off with us have your qr code saved on your mobile device or have it printed.

While we provide 24/7 monitored parking, Cheap Stansted Parking is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. We recommend comprehensive insurance coverage.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your arrival date are eligible for a full refund.

Amendments to bookings (dates, vehicle details) can be made through your account or by contacting us at info@cheapstanstedparking.com or 07973 345061.

Extensions to parking duration can be requested through your booking dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Vehicles must be roadworthy, taxed, and insured for the duration of the parking period.

The vehicle type selected during booking must match the actual vehicle parked. Different vehicle types may incur different charges.

Vehicles must not contain valuable items, illegal substances, or hazardous materials.

We reserve the right to refuse parking to any vehicle that we deem unsuitable or potentially hazardous.

Our liability is limited to the terms set out in these conditions. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Claims for damage must be reported immediately upon discovery and no later than 24 hours after collection.
